In fluid dynamics there is a duckbill check valve to prevent the reverse flow.
In EM wave an antenna emmits/receive at the same efficiency.
Is there anyway one can make a check valve for antenna so that it emmits more than received or
vice versa.......or perhaps emitts without even receive?

If you're working in the microwave range, you might try sticking a three-port circulator into the feed, with a dummy load on the spare port.

In electrics there is a device called a diode that is analogous to a check valve. It allows current flow in only one direction.
Unfortunately radio waves are Alternating Current. The current is reversing direction many times a second. Inserting a diode to allow current flow in one direction only will yield interesting results in the transmitted signal and similar interesting results in the received signal.
