embedded corrugated anchor bolt sleeve

We are having a hard time finding an embedded pipe sleeve that matches the requirements from an equipment vendor for the installation of their anchor bolts. The size is shown in the attached file.

The specified requirements are:
* corrugated
* 220 mm in diameter (8.66 inches)
* various lengths ... one shown is almost 33 inches long
* interested in plastic or metal

We have contacted various concrete contractors and sleeve manufacturers... but have not had any luck.

Any suggestions?

Maybe just buy 2 of the contec or wilson sleeves and duct tape them together to get the required length.

In the past I have also sourced post-tensioning duct for this purpose.

Thank you for the response ... I think the key search term was "post-tensioning duct " instead of sleeve. And indeed it looks like the best candidates are from Europe.
