Emiossion control

Hi
I am not an Engineer but i work for a combustion engineering company - i need to write an article on emission control in the combustion industry. Could anyone guide me on where to start or where to find info?
Last month we our "Environmental" article was about NOx. I would really appreciate any help!

can you get your hands on a B&W "Steam its generation and use" book, 41st edition?. There will be a lot of information on this subject there. A little less in the 40th ed.
