I have question.
Is it possible to prepare oil in water emulsion when we dissolve a high HLB emulsifier in oil phase
For example RHODACAL 60/B or ROKACET R40.
It likely won't dissolve, but if you mix it well enough you may be able to disperse it for a short period of time. Is there a reason you can't add the emulsifier to the water before mixing in the oil phase?
Generally I work on microencapsulation of solution containing Rodopol 60B, Rokacet R40, fungicide and Genagen 4166 (solvent). It was intended to be emulsified in the aqueous suspension of another pesticide containing Atlas G 5002l and Atlox 4913 as surfactants.
However, turned out that it is very dificult. So I wonder, could I emulsified this organic solutin in water or for example aqueous solution of PVA?
