dear all,
I'm fighting with my client for this matter:
we have a WPQR that covers from 5 to 10 mm any butt weld joint.
The question in this:
for the roof piping penetration ther is a weld (groove weld) between the pipe - reinforcing pad plate, and roof plate, that in this case can be considered as backing.
Am I able to weld this joint supported by an previous WPQR or there are particular requests stated on the EN 15614-1?
