EN 61000-6-2 and -6-4 EMC Test Stds

Does anyone know if these stds specify the test points or duty cycle test? Have a product with both 12v and 24v DC motors and wondered if they need to be tested at maximum load rating, no load or some other load?

Also, any way to determine before test whether a 12v or 24v motor is worst case for these tests?
