EN13445 Material Allowable in Hydrostatic Test 1

Is the material allowable value of stress under test conditions specified in EN13445? Especially in the case of Design by Analysis? I didn't find it.

Does it not tell you somewhere in EN13445 that if you don’t find the information in EN13445 or do not know what to do, you can refer to other international standards like ASME Sec Viii Div 1. You will find this information in ASME Sec Viii Div 1 under Para ‘Design’.

Do you have a copy of EN 13445? Shouldn't be too hard to find a reference. Look at (I have issue 1:2021 in front of me, which is afaik current) section 5.3.2.3 of part 3 which diverts you to 6.1.2/6.1.3 (4th indent). Sections 6.1.2/6.1.3 divert to section 6.2.2 -> ftest equals min. yield or Rp0.2, divided by 1.05. This safety factor of 1.05 then results in a 'testing' factor of 1.5/1.05 = 1.43, which equals the factor from the PED.

Im not familiar with the DBA-route (neither for ASME of EN), however after scrolling EN 13445-3, a.o. sections B.7.5 & B.8 seem to cover this. The approach for DBA is different then DBR.
