If possible can someone give me some further clarification on the following from EN1591-1:
When checking the admissible loads in Section 6 if for example the conditions in the table state that ?Z=?max is ?max calculated at Js=+1, ks=+1 and km+1. Also if the conditions state that ?Z=?opt is ?opt calculated at Js=0, ks=0 and km=0. Thanks alot for any help.
