Hi guys
I want to calculate dew point of H2SO4 in the duct of boiler but I have just amount of So2, Co, Co2, O2.
Is it possible to calculate dew point?

The funny thing is you miss the most important component, the water vapour. If you add that, you could calculate the dew point temperature. There are a number of methods, including some dew point calculators on the internet. Depending how accurate you need be, use the internet for formulas or on-line calculator, based on the flue gas composition and some adjustments for pressure.

I found a diagram for dew point of H2SO4, but this needs amount of H2O and So3.

I read this article exactly. In the first page, there is a diagram need amount of SO3 and H2o, but it is impossible to measured amount of So3 for me. Is there any way for calculate dew point of H2SO4?

The amount of SO2 should be derived directly from the quantity/Sulfur content of the fuel burnt. The same applies for H2O. The rest is straightforward.

what material do you suggest to use in economizer where condensate of H2SO4 occur?

Is there any NOx in this?
Then you could get mixed acids.
In high eff home furnaces that condense the exhaust deliberately they use alloys that are suitable for seawater corrosion resistance.
The superferritic grades are common.

Are there any chlorides? Any at all?
There are a number of medium alloy SS grades that have been used to line such structures.
