Energy benchmark for Miami

Hi guys,
do you know where I can find energy benchmarks (cooling, heating and electricity) for different types of buildings offices, hotel, accommodations) for Miami?

There are two things you are going to be looking for concerning "benchmarking"
One is the EUI-The energy utilization index-the statement of the number of BTU'S OF ENERGY USED ANNUALLY PER SQ.FT. Of conditioned space. Energy defined as ALL types of energy. The easiest way to compare is to convert all of your sources to BTU's. (One kWh= 3412 btu's- 1cu.ft. natural gas = 1050 btu's)
The ECI-Energy Cost index - is the dollar cost of energy used annually per sq.ft. of conditioned space.
The U.S. Dept. of Energy EIA (source 12/2006) rates 12 different types of commercial buildings -
eg. OFFICE building 92.9 (in thousands of BTU/sq.ft.)
Retail building 73.9(in thousands of BTU/sq.ft.)
The entire country is being benchmarked so that we have a way of comparing building energy consumption and bringing poor users into better energy utilization.
