Is there a chart or table anywhere on the net that lists typical engineering fees (% budget or $/SF) for project specific construction budgets (medical, office, retail, etc.)? I have an RS Means book that lists these, but I don't know if it is based on a national average and how my area would compare (Arkansas, Missouri, Oklahoma).
