Can anyone recommend me a good Engineering Geology book?

Well, this is kind of the "standard" used in many universities at the undergraduate level these days:

Engineering Geology: An Environmental Approach (2nd Edition)
by Perry H. Rahn (Author)

However, if you are focused in on a particular topic or topics there may be better options.
 
Legget's book "Geology and Engineering." - old but good - he has a geotechnical award in Canada given out in his name every year. Also Trefethen "Geology for Engineers."
 
but what dou you say about "Engineering Geology, Second Edition" by F G Bell ?
