engineering handbook in solidworks?

I was just wondering if SW had an add in similar to the Engineering Handbook in Solid Edge?

SW 2005 does have built in what they call a design binder where you can attach docs and has a design journal which is basically a Word doc. This is all tied directly to the file.

For those of us who do not use SE, could you please explain what their "Engineering Handbook" does so we could make a direct comparison?
