Good luck. Enovia is HIGHLY customizable. I have worked with one Aerospace company and it was different from department to department (within the same company). I've used it also with another Aerospace company and it was even more different. also, both companies have some SERIOUS measures to protect their enovia training material.
The only way I can see is to actually work where it is used. It isn't really complicated and if you have had experience with other PLM software you'll pick it up even faster. even if I had material, It wouldn't help unless you'd work where it's used. I know a bunch of job ads ask for previous ENOVIA LCA (or other plm) experience both that is just to discourage people with little experience.
