Entering Borehole Data In Paydirt

In Paydirt, how do I enter the borehole data

Say:
Depth
Topsoil 0 - 1'
Sand 2-4
Rock From 4'

I couldn't get a proper report if I input the data as relative depth from the existing elevation.

Should I use 4' for my rock?
