I made an envelope in the assy so it doesn't appear in Bill of Material but at the same time it doesn't show up in my assy drawing.
Right clicking does not change anything.
Any clues?

Envelopes are supposed to be invisible in drawings. Sounds like it's working like it should.

While envelopes consist of part files and geometry, the intent for them is that they be treated in a manner similar to datums and other construction geometry.

I've had similar issues... try this:
Insert your ENVELOPE part into your assembly as a regular part.
Then create a CONFIGURATION with this part SUPPRESSED.
Then in your drawing, create a view using the new configuration.
Hide this view and use it to insert your BOM.
Use any other views to detail your assembly and populate the fields in your title block.
The only catch is that your "envelope" part needs to show-up at the bottom of your feature manager tree - otherwise your item bubbles may not match your BOM.
I'm 95% sure this will get you what you need.

I've done it the same way TateJ has, but as warned, you'll need to make sure your bubbles match. Another way to keep the part from from appearing on the BOM is to go to the BOM properties Contents tab and uncheck the part(s) that you do not want to appear on the BOM. Good luck and hope that helps.

Thank you all.
I think I will create regular part and uncheck it in the BOM.
I just thought that envelope could be seen in drawing if it apears in assy still being invisible in BOB.
That's all.

I'm 60% sure that un-checking an item in the BOM is considered a "manual" change - and, as such, will be lost the next time the BOM is updated.
It might be prudent to verify this before spending a lot of time setting-up your assemblies this way.

If you only need a profile or outline of your envelope, perhaps you could make an assembly-level sketch of the part (use "Convert Entities", etc.). Then you can bring that sketch geometry into selected views.
