Has anyone used FR3 to retro-fill an existing transformer previously filled with mineral oil?

Based on the articles I've read, it will increase the lifespan of the paper and allow for heavier loading. It will also have environmental and insurance benefits.

What are the drawbacks of using FR3? What should I expect to pay per gallon?

I dont have personal experience but know a little on the subject. Retrofilling shall be limited to a voltage class max of 33 kV. Cost per unit volume 2 times of mineral oil in US and 3-4 times in other places.
Drawback is quicker oxidation and hence use is limited with sealed construction or conservator with atmoseal(air bag)
