EOS Geotextile - COE 02215

Can anyone help me to know the current status of the standard COE-02215 (Equivalent Opening Size of Geotextile). Is it currently valid and if so where i will be able to purchase / download the document. I have seen so many product specification which still identifies the COE standard and our customer is demanding to test the same as the COE instead of the ASTM D4751 (AOS)
