EP, Bagfilter, Gas Cooler

My project has new delevopment. We will focus on the following measures to reduce particulate emission from a coal fired power plant:-

1. Retrofit an additional cell upstream of EP;
2. Retrofit a small bagfilter downstream of EP to remove small size particulate;
3. Cool down gas temperature by a gas cooler installed between EP and air heater.

If you have experience in the above retrofit work, could you share with me the merit and difficulty of your project.

I am also looking for some worldwide EP, Bagfilter and Gas Cooler suppliers. If you have any idea, please post the link of their webpage.
