EPS insulation panel

Hi,

Can we support a 85kg electric board using 6 bolts(~15kg/bolt) and a backing plate on a 75mm thick EPS insulation panel?

I have never heard of using EPS panels as structural but more info would be nice.
What is the modulus of elasticity of the panel? Moment of inertia?
What about the yield strength?
What is the span of the EPS panel? What is the composition of the panel?
etc...

I don't imagine you will find engineering properties of the EPS panel so it won't be easy to engineer this detail.
Do you need this to be engineered?
