Dear members.
I use the following equations to calculate inlet and outlet nozzles' dia :
S(V)2 = 3000 max.
Where S - Density kg/m3; V - in M/S
And the following equations to calculate the pressure drop in the nozzle.
Inlet nozzle = rho R(V)^2/9266
Outlet nozzle = 1.25 rho R(V)^2/9266
Where (rho) in lr / (Ft)^3
V in Ft / sec.
Are the above equations acceptable?
