equipment cost indexes

I am looking for equipment cost indexes for values based in 1981. I heard of Nelson-Farrar cost indexes are these for equipment? We use Mashall & Swift now but they are not detailed enough.

Any ideas?

Marshall & Swift annual index of equipment cost was 721.3 in 1981 (base period 1926 = 100).
Chemical Engineering Plant Cost Index, Equipment machinery and supports, was 323.0 in 1981 (Base Period 1957-1959 = 100).
