Hello

I need hepl about equipment rotating at Mining Industry.

Under what criteria can I use my alarms and alerts on a rotating machine at very low speed 1.5 rpm.

What type of predictive maintenance can I apply?... or preventive?

Best regards..

No information about the problem = No answer to the (assumed) problem.

WHAT are you worried about failing?
What is it?
What are its loads, its current capacity, its current successful (??) or failures in operation?

Is it a crusher or grinder "deliberately" intended to be wearing out, but is wearing out early because of bearing failure?
Or a surface or bearing failing through due to dirt, grit, contamination, bad oil flow or too little grease?
It is working now? How long?
Have you contacted the manufacturer?
Have you contacted the manufacturer's competitors?
