Equipment with dimple jacket to Australia

Hi,

I am working on a 10m3 buffer bin which comes with 3pcs of screw conveyor. There is dimple jacket at the bottom of the bin that requires 0-0.2BarG dry saturated steam. This buffer bin will be delivered to Australia. May i know if such bin is considered as pressure vessel for AS1210?

Is 0-0.2 barg the operating pressure range, what is the design pressure for the jacketed trough? Or what is the over pressure protection set to? This may or may not fall below the curve in AS1210 but it would be good practice to design it in accordance with the requirements of AS1210, in particular 3.23.8 covering Jacketed Troughs.

Is this not something you should have discussed with the Customer / Client before you started working on it ?
