equivalent dimension Bug?

When I creat an equivalent dimension in sketcher it sometimes causes my part to be out of date when I reopen the part. even after I update and save. Anyone els have this problem.

CATIA "Cuss And Try It Again" I find that this works most of the time.

Don't know if this is related but thought I'd mention it.

Check the Equivalent Dimensions List again is it empty?
APAR HD24078 was opened for this problem.
