Eratic Mouse Behavior

My Mouse is uncontrollable on new drawings or drawing I am trying to revise. The Mouse jumps like Snaps are on, but they are not. It is near impossible to get the point to start you want.
Has anyone else experienced this?
Other than this I think it is great to have an option to Acad.

I am having the same problem and have not yet found the answer. The mouse works great if you get away from clutter and into a blank area.

It does not always do it for me, but when it does it is nearly impossible to get work done.

Have you adjusted the settings under Tools > Options > User Preferences > Pointer Control ?

The latest release, #3, has cured my problems.

What are these numbers you're referring to?

The latest release is Beta 2 Version 10.11.601

I am sorry for the typo in saying Beta 3. It was as you all said Beta 2. Please forgive me.
