Errata for Curtis's "Fundamentals of Aircraft Structural Analysis"? 1

Does anyone know how I can get errata sheets for this textbook? I've uncovered some mistakes/typos myself, but I'm told there are many more. In fact, a reviewer on Amazon claims that he was given 81 pages of sheets when he took the class with the author.

Sorry for the late reply. Errata has been sent to those that requested. And I haven't come across the entire book in pdf format, but I'm sure it's somewhere.
