This is an easy one. Your analysis terminates with an error because you do not have enough RAM specified to run your job. You can specify RAM (upper limit to allocate) in a number of ways. I am not totally familiar with the ANSYS/LS-DYNA syntax, but in an LS-DYNA input deck at the very top there is a *KEYWORD card you can use for this. For example:

*KEYWORD 20000000

will allocate 20000000 WORDS of memory size.

Similarly, you can specify this directly on the command line when you run the job:

lsdynasolvername.exe i=inputdeck.k memory=20000000

where lsdynasolvername.exe is lsdyna970.exe for example. This is the best way to run the job.

You will need to allocate at least 20142379 WORDS for your job to run, I would recommend using at least 30000000.
