Error 319 EPA SWWM 5

I am new at EPA SWWM 5. I run CUHP for the hydrology analysis. I know that I can bring this information to SWMM as a *.dat file. the problem is that every time that I tried to run it appears error 319 (invalid format for rainfall interface files).

Because I am importing the hydrology information from CUHP (Colorado Urban Hydrograph Procedure)when I got to rain gage properties I select the

Data File: the file from CUHP *.dat
Station ID : 4

I am generally familiar with the CUHP. Does this utilize SWMM4 or SWMM5 input format? Have you spoken with anyone at the Colorado Urban Drainage and Flood Control District?
