Error CATIA v4

I have got the following error message from the system when I load the model file from our customer. I am not able to raed the CAD data. Can any one suggest the remedy..thanks in advance...

“MODEL OCNTAINS ENTITIES WHICH CANNOT BE READ. DATA STRUCTURE CREATEDWITH A MORE COMPLETE SOFTWARE CONFIGURATION, CURRENT SOFTWARE IS INSUFFICIENT TO UNDERSTAND DATA, SOME SOFTWARE COMPINENTS ARE MISSING: CURRENT LEVEL IS: CATIA SOLUTIONS V4 RELEASE 2.2 FR 4.2.2 CAT_G24_SOLID CANNOT BE FOUND.

Your customer has a later version of catia than you do.
It contains a solid model in which you cannot read.
your customer could do a "CATBACK".
Catback will bring it back to a earlier version of catia.
