Error FEA simulation on Solidwork 6

Guys

Just found an error msg when i run the FEA simulation
i tried with the 3 option of solver but still error when the analysis is running about 36%
The msg error is: Model is unstable, make sure you have applied adequate fixtures to stabilize the model"

anyone can help me?

I'm not at all familiar with FEA, but I would imagine the SMART people are probably waiting for you to post some meaningful information about the problem.
 
Post an image of your loads and constraints. The error message is pretty straight forward... the part is not adequately fixtured (i.e. it would move in the real world if you applied the same loads and restraints)

As shaggy noted this would indicate that your model is not sufficiently fixtured. Your image shows us the error message, but does not provide any usable information about your applied fixtures, and will not allow anyone to aid you any further.

This puts us back in the situation noted by CBL - the smart people (I won't claim to be one of them) are waiting for you to post some meaningful information about the problem.

the guys from solidworks principle asked me to change the solver to be Direct Sparse, but still error when running the FEA.
please tell me the solution to solve this problem

 
there is a rule I live by: don't make things difficult for people whose help you need.

You are not providing any useful information. You do not describe your model or constraints ("fixtures") or loads or ANYTHING. No pictures, no samples, NOTHING! You just cry "I have an error. Help me!"

Suppress all of your fixtures and re-run the simulation... you will get the same error message.

SolidWorks is a professional program and deserves (requires?) a professional level of preparation.
FEA is an advanced topic to boot! The fact that you do not understand the problem well enough to even post useful information doubly indicates potential value of training. I recommend attaching your *.sldprt file here and while someone looks through what you have so far - go through the tutorials.

How long will we have to dance this dance before you attach a file here?
I suspect the solution to your problem is trivially easy, but without the file.....

Even if your geometry is proprietary - you should be able to create a simple dummy file that exhibits all the same behavior of your proprietary intellectual property.
Often, when I suggest this to someone who can't supply proprietary file - they figure out where they were going wrong in the process of creating the dummy dataset.
