Error in Export Data Excel In Etabs 16.2.1

Have you ever meet this error in Etabs for Exporting Data Excel?
It error by Excel or Etabs?

I think it is very hard to say since this seems like an internal issue/error in the code (I do not have any clue why this happens unfortunately - it would also be very difficult to guess unless someone has experienced this and resolved this issue).

The most appropriate thing to do and my recommendation is to send this to the support and/or development team so they can find out exactly what is triggering this in the code, and thus help you overcome this.
