Error in Normal - Abaqus

Hello,

How do I fix this error?
Normal cannot be computed in 12 elements. The nodal coordinates may be incorrect or the element aspect ratio may exceed 1000 to 1. The elements have been identified in element set ErrElemNormal.


I have identified the elements in the set "ErrElemNormal" and they are located along the section where the different flange thicknesses meet. These are shell elements.

The problematic elements are highlighted in red.

I have checked the property module to see if the normals of the shell are all in the same direction and they are.

I also tried to change the mesh sizes but the error appears again when i run the job and aborts.

Any ideas on how to remove the error? The job aborsts because of it.

[FEA way]

Take a closer look at the shape and quality of those elements. It seems that they are severely distorted and hence the note about the aspect ratio.
