Error Memory with LS-DYNA

Hi,my name is Giuseppe
I m doing a simulation in ansys/lsdyna 12.0
my computer is window 10 of 12 Gb of RAM and 8 proce.
my problem is :
*** Error Memory is set 47682278 words short
Current memory size 260000000
Increase the memory size by one of the following
where #### is the number of words requested:
1) On the command line set - memory=####
2) In the input file define memory with *KEYWORD
i.e., *KEYWORD #### or *KEYWORD memory=####
when run a file.

If I try to set a memory size to 300000000 the error is different:

*** Error 70023 (OTH+23)
LS-DYNA failed to allocate 300000000 words of memory.
Please use the memory option on the execute line

Do you khow how I can solve this problem? Do I need to increase RAM or something else?
