Error meshing area 188. Redefine number of divisions on boundary or adjust element size parameter

I usually only use ansys for simpler designs than what I've been given now so I can say that I only have very basic knowledge.

How do I get this meshed?

I tried changing the number of elements on the lines surrounding the area by using ndiv. However, no matter what number of divisions I seem to choose I keep getting the error.
