Error message while opening NX2

I get the following error message while opening NX2,

"This application has failed to open because ATL71.DLL was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

When I hit OK I will be able to open NX2, but still I want to know why this error message pops up.

We run both NX2 and NX4 from the same server, so there is no question of installing it on individual machines.

I will not get this error message while opening NX4.

From what I can find, the file, 'atl71.dll', is used in an application known as 'Tolerance Stackup Validation'. Now this product was not introduced until NX 3. However, in NX 2 (actually it was introduced in UG V18.0) we had a precursor product, known as 'Quick Stack', but looking at the files for that product I can't find a file with the name referenced above, but I can find it starting in NX 3. Note that 'Quick Stack', in NX 2 (and earlier releases), and 'Tolerance Stackup Validation', in NX 3 (and later releases) can be found on the Analysis pull-down menu.

Now as to why you're getting that message when you start NX 2 is beyond me since NX 2 shouldn't even know that the 'Tolerance Stackup Validation' application even exists.
