I am creating a model for which, I have a sketch which uses expressions.
The expressions are simple, viz., "Ax = .5". However, my model says that all the features are not updated. When I got to the root of the problem, I identified that just "one" expression cannot be deleted.
I have tried deleting the entire model and then delete this expression, and it pops out a message saying:

" Error recovery completed for the following error: An embedded object cannot be deleted in isolation"

I would like to know how this can be resolved.

I'd run...

File -> Utilities -> Part Cleanup...

...and for the first pass, toggle ON the following options:

Clean Feature Data
Delete Unused Objects
Delete Unused Expressions

John,

This option I did try before. It doesn't seem to help!

Then your best bet will to contact GTAC and have them look at your part file. They have access to additional tools which can 'clean-up' part files.

Seems to be a good idea! Thank you!!
