Error retrieving part from server problem

I'm having problems opening assemblies.
An error screen is saying "Error retrieving "sample.SLDPRT" from the server. Do you wish to continue anyway?". When I look at the err.log it says "Transmit File did not succeed due to error: 10054". Does anyone know what this error is?

Sounds like your checking the file out of PDMworks. If you are, look that code up in the PDMworks Error code PDF file, it should be located on your system under PDMworks.
