Error when opening V4 drawing in V5

I am getting this error when I try to open a V4 drawing in V5.

"No internal or external PRJ file
no visualization of text and dimensions
Please inform the V4 project file path in tool/option."

I have found this and have placed a generic file name but still does not work.

Any Ideas?

You need the project tables. Without them, you are not going to see any text or dimensions on your drawing.

Depending on who you work for, and how much you pay to access the supplier data, you may or may not be able to get those project tables.
