Error while launching NX from Teamcenter

I am working on NX integrated with Teamcenter,While launching NX from Teamcenter it is showing this error.

Router Error

The following error occured:

Cannot connect to or start the application UG\Manager V25.5.

Please find the attachment for the error.

Sounds like a configuration error on the TC end. You should talk to your sys admin.
