ESD Valve Inspection By PST & Valve Signature

Hi,

We're in an oil&gas industry and now studying to improve our inspection program for our pipeline ESD valve. An exisitng program is only valve full stroke testing at least once a year and we recently got a couple of incidents at actuators.

Having checked on the internet, we're interested in the "Valve Signature" technique which, we think, could help us indetify abnormality on a tested valve.

Any suggestion or experience on ESD valve inspection, partial stroke test and valve signature, kindly share.
