ESI FORMAT?

Hello,

Is anyone familiar with ESI format of 2D drawing? Additionally, is there any suitable converter from DXF to ESI format?
This type of drawing file is pretty old and I have met it at a Norwegian oxy-acetyline CNC cutting machine.
