Estimate cost for a citric acid fermenter

Hello,

I need to estimate the cost for a 60000 gal citric acid 316 steel fermenter.
The only way I could estimate a price was at Matches website and using CEPCI, but they recommend maximum 10000 gal.

Do you know other tools for estimating prices?
