I hope if one can guide me to a spreadsheet /website /software which can help in estimating greenhouse gas emissions from the flare system depending on the quantity and composition of flared gas.

I guess one route would be to assume that all C ends up as CO2, and convert based on that.
Accounting for other gases is another issue. Things such as NOx show up in some calculations.

Also account for combustion efficiency of flare burners - unburnt hydrocarbons have a greenhouse effect several times more than CO2.
