ETABS 2013 - v13.1.1 - Auto Relabel command

Hello,

I have one question where is the Auto Relabel command on ETABS 2013 v.13.1.1?
I lose some time to find and no results.
The Help is tell me is on Edit > menu but I can't see.

I wonder is this other bug on this software?

Or Is my mistake and I can't find the Relabel command.
