ETABS API ETABSV1 VS ETABS2016 RAM USAGE

I'm writing some codes for API ETABS that have loop for analysis and read modifier properties of Frames and change them by an algorithm. This procedure is ok for ETABS2016.dll and after each run memory of RAM is free but for ETABSV1.dll after each run it doesn't release the memory of Ram, and after some loops Memory Usage is very high and cause ETABS19 run very Slowly. This Problem exists even after closing Plugin and Memory is used, until closing the ETABS window.
Can anyone able to help me for this Problem ?
