Etabs: Model Check Meshing Warning

Has anyone experienced this kind of warning under etabs "Model Ckeck" piror to analysis?

Warning: Checking meshing, At33.8MPD area F1232 (99.91% Increment)
Warning: Checking meshing, At33.8MPD area F2240 (3.53% Reduction)

Actially, i am using membrane elements in modelling the floor slab. Due to irregular framing plan, my slab is in irregula shape.
Will it be a reason leading to these warnings?

Is there anyone who has experience in resolving these warnings?

I have experienced this kind of warnings before. Mostly when I do manual meshing in combination of Auto meshing in ETABS, the program report this type of warning. I turn on the auto meshing on view building option menu, and most of the time you can see graphically the area which overlaps or disappear cause this kind of warning.
Also since you are modeling as membrane element, it may cause of this.
Why are you defining slab as membrane, you dont have any out of plane load??
