etabs modelling spandrel

i'm trying to model beam hold two floors in different elevation by assign spandrel to wall but the moment is wrong could any one told me how i can do this ?

To each segment of the spandrel u should assign a spandrel label. Otherwise it wont work.
For example, if ur beam is divided into 10 parts, eaxh part should be assigned a spandrel name.
