ETAP error "TS calculation aborted due to negative syn. machine saturation factor"

Hello. I'm trying to use the transient stability test by ETAP and I have the problem. When I tryed to run transient stability test, I got error '10-04-2019@08:41:03 TS calculation aborted due to negative syn. machine saturation factor(s) at t = 0.000 sec.' Can you help me please, why is it happen?

Have you asked ETAP? Typically, if you are current with your maintenance agreement, technical support is included.

Unfortunately, We don't have an agreement.

That is one of the benefits of maintaining your maintenance agreement, in addition to items like updates to resolve bugs, library updates, software updates to include things like the new IEEE 1584 arc flash equations. I hope you are not doing arc flash analysis as the old equations in your software have been superseded.
