etap user

I'm an etap user. my problem is in the load flow, there is an alert which keep persisting. The alert is over excitation in my swing Generator. I have 4 Generators in parallel, 3 are in voltage control and 1 in swing mode. In my swing Generator, I've tried lowering the design voltage to 99%, it gets worst. Tried also raising the Qa, still the same. tnx for any help

If possible please upload the model to see the problem. Otherwise giving a straight answer is bit of a problem

Have tried asking ETAP? They should be able to help.

I would try the ETAP help desk. They are very helpful and you are able to upload the model to them to review.
